  • Alicia Reason

    CO-FOUNDER

    Alicia Reason, as the co-founder of LA Roller Crew, is all about roller skating, dancing and acting! She is an accomplished skate double for major networks like Disney and integral roller skate cast member for Discoasis, backed by Nile Rodgers.

    She grew up as a student of Detroit Windsor Dance Academy and a 90’s rink rat at Northland Roller Rink in Detroit. Her college years were spent as a dance instructor throughout the state of Utah and as a roller skating hobbyist.

    Today, she is a roller skate and dance instructor to students of all levels. She is also a tv, film, and commercial performing artist in LA and throughout the nation.

  • Lilia Kazakova

    CO-FOUNDER

    As the co-founder of LA Roller Crew, Lilia created the crew to showcase the new generation of Venice Beach skaters and their shared love for rolling on wheels. Her skating journey began on ice: in her youth, she trained as a competitive figure skater in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

    Later in life, she rediscovered her love for artistic skating when she started skating at Venice Beach and Moonlight Rollerway. Currently, she is a competitive artistic inline & quad skater with both gold and silver medals from U.S. Nationals to her name, as well as a commercial and performing arts-focused skater.

    With her knowledge of social media branding and content creation, she is passionate about putting the West Coast roller skating community on the map.

  • Josiah Bishop

    ARTISTIC ROLLER SKATER

    Josiah Bishop is an artistic roller skater born in Texas, raised in Virginia and currently living in LA. He moved to LA to establish a career in roller skating by teaching, performing and working in the industry.

    He began skating at the age of 6 and became a U.S. National Champion at the age of 11. Josiah is a Multi National Gold Medalist with many Silver and Bronze placements as well. He is also a 10-time Team USA member where he has ranked top 5 in the world.

    Josiah also works as a Part Time Nurse Assistant where he provides care for the elderly.

  • Morgan Weske

    ROLLER SKATER & CHOREOGRAPHER

    Morgan is a Choreographer, Creative Director, Dance Teacher, and Skate Instructor for a collective amount of 16 years. She skated as a kid growing up in Tennessee, but got serious about it in 2015 when she stumbled across the Venice Beach Skate Plaza! She immediately fell in love and commuted to Venice every weekend until she eventually moved there!

    Moving from Tennessee to Los Angeles 8.5 years ago to work in the entertainment industry she has worked on multiple music videos, TV, film, and large stages. She has a background in TV, Event Producing, and Post Production. With all of that she utilizes for skills for her passion project - DanceSkate.

    Outside of dancing and skating Morgan is a nomad at heart, and has traveled nomadically the last 3 years. While living in different cultures and learning from the locals, Morgan has taught her Dance Skate Workshops in over 8 countries and all throughout the US.

  • Crystal Small

    ARTISTIC ROLLER SKATER & DANCER

    Crystal “Smalls” Small is an artistic roller skater, dancer, and choreographer. Classically trained in ballet, tap, and jazz, she specializes in jazz funk and heels — and now, does it all on wheels.

    After a lifetime of dance, Smalls discovered her passion for competitive roller skating in 2021. She has since earned silver medals from both Southwest Regionals and U.S. Nationals. As a dancer, she has performed in shows and competitions including World of Dance with the D.R.E.A.M.ers Project; Carnival Choreographers’ Ball with the Ghetto Stiletto Girlz; and the Kids’ Choice Awards with the Black Eyed Peas.

    Smalls works as an advertising copywriter and novelist by day.

  • Megan Henry

    ROLLER SKATER

    Megan is new to the LA skate scene, but it already feels like she’s been here forever! Megan started skating in 2021 and hasn’t looked back since. After spending countless hours at her hometown rink in Jacksonville, FL, skating turned into a lifestyle.

    Since moving to LA in 2022, Megan has been cast in several performances locally, including a video shoot produced and directed by Morgan Weske and a TV show premiere for Disney!

    She appreciates all styles of skating, and while she incorporates them all into her freestyles, New Jersey is her favorite! When she’s not skating, she’s designing dream interiors for her clients or streaming the newest ps5 games on Twitch.

  • Taylor T.K. Kane

    ACRO YOGI & ROLLER SKATER

    TK’s athletic background started with conventional team sports in Boston, Massachusetts, playing ice hockey, lacrosse, track and field, and football in high school, and continuing his football career into college.

    After college, he shifted into Vinyasa yoga (doing teacher training in 2013) and acroyoga/partner acrobatics, which he began practicing in 2016 and performing/teaching in 2018. TK’s started with roller skate dance during the pandemic. Since then, has become a defining part of his life.

    TK’s style draws on his broad athletic background incorporating quick footwork, and direction changes with smooth, sensuous, playful movements that leave spectators equally baffled and entertained.

  • Chris Rieger

    LEAD PHOTOGRAPHER & VIDEOGRAPHER

    Chris Rieger is the lead photographer & videographer of LA Roller Crew. While freelancing, he has shot & assisted in creating content for Forbes, Netflix, AG Jeans, True Religion, The Associated Press (AP), Build-a-Bear, and Make-a-Wish.

    He grew up in Los Angeles and then spent 7 years in St. Louis, Missouri, pursuing Film, Photography, and DJing at the local clubs and bars. It wasn’t until he moved back to LA that he found roller skating in Venice Beach.

    Today, he blends roller skating and photo/video work to feed his love for movement. You’ll see him more behind the camera, than in front of it - and that’s exactly how he likes it.

  • Shakoul Bailey

    DANCER & ROLLER SKATER

    This is Shakoul, One of the “Koulest” guys you will ever meet. He’s very passionate about rollerskating, dancing, and even martial arts.

    Originally from St. Louis, MO, Shakoul currently lives in Los Angeles, CA, working as home care provider. He is very passionate about his community, and works at a non-profit organization called lovmovement, a program assisting homeless people in LA & in Kenya.

    Aside from his volunteer work, Shakoul has done worked for many commercials, tv shows, and social media brands.

  • Noel Beltran

    DANCER & ROLLER SKATER

    Noel is a professional dancer with over 15 years of experience in hip-hop, breakdancing, and salsa partnering. He was on America’s Best Dance Crew Season 1, where he met the crew Break Sk8, who inspired him to learn how to groove on skates. In 2015, he received his first pair of skates, which led to his loving and learning more about this culture and community.

    Noel was born in Puerto Rico, lived in Michigan, where he learned how to rollerblade and ice skate, and grew up in Florida. He resides in LA as a full-time roller skater, DJ, and saxophonist. He has danced in a JLO music video, a Fiat commercial, and much more.

  • Tatiana Donskova

    ROLLER SKATER, DANCER & MODEL

    Tati Fly is: Tatiana Donskova - she is an artist who loves to dance and skate. She also enjoys activities like fitness, volleyball, and hiking.

    Tatiana’s career is in modeling and commercial acting. She loves to be on camera and enjoys the full creative process.

    She grew up in Russia as a dancer. She started with ballroom dancing as a kid and switched to break dancing when she was 16 years old. In Moscow, she had her own break dance school for girls and developed herself in other styles like locking and house dance.

  • Kaylen Nollie

    ARTISTIC ROLLER SKATER

    Kaylen Nollie, better known as Kay, used to skate as a kid and picked up artistic roller skating as an adult to live out her childhood dreams. She work as an Assistant Director in the film industry, and has also worked as a tattoo artist for 8 years.

    Her hobbies consist of writing, reading web novels / manga, and going on little, quiet adventures by herself. She likes to think of herself as an ✨ extra ✨ introvert.

    Her quote to describe is: “Live when you see me.. but I’m in my own little world.“
